WHAT ABOUT MARBLE COUNTERTOPS?

Marble counters are installed in kitchens and bathrooms very often. Although they are very beautiful when first installed, these countertops present some difficult challenges to maintain their beauty. Marble is a softer stone than granite and very porous. Marble etches and scratches very easily. Acidic products and foods are the cause of the etching (spots or rings with no polish to them anymore) and just about all of our foods and drinks are acidic to some degree.

We can fix these etch marks by using a multi-step process of different grit pads, water, and a variable speed polishing machine to sand out the etch marks. Then we polish the entire countertop with a powder polish to blend it all together.
